Coravin, the ultimate wine by-the-glass system, announces the venues for the next installment of the World Wine Tour programme, bringing together fine, rare and exceptional wines and iconic restaurants for another year.
This second year of the programme sees the tour globally triple in size, with over 50 venues taking part across eight markets, including in the US and Australia. Venues range from luxurious Michelin starred restaurants in New York, to the buzzy late night wine bars in Paris.
The concept involves top restaurants and wine bars around the world offering a dedicated Coravin wine list for one month, allowing wine lovers to discover the world of wine without committing to a full bottle. The wine lists feature rare and sought-after wines not often available by-the-glass. Coravin hopes that this will allow customers to explore the world of wine, and find a new favourite.
In the UK, wine lovers will have the opportunity to visit 10 incredible venues across the country, with the tour also expanding to new locations – Cardiff, Bristol, and Sussex – for the first time.
The venues taking part in May 2025 include star of the Cardiff dining scene, Thomas by Tom Simmons, while Bristol drinkers have two options; live fire cooking restaurant BANK and of-the-moment newcomer Lapin. The beautiful Gravetye Manor means Sussex restaurants are represented for the first time.
The tour also returns to the capital, featuring very exciting wines at some of London’s most iconic, buzzy and talked-about spots including Brunswick House, Dove, Petrus, and Bacchanalia.
Manchester’s vibrant dining scene is well represented too, with wine led restaurant and bar Climat and the Worsley Stores Tasting Room offering bespoke Coravin menus for their guests.
As part of the tour this year, UK wine drinkers can also enjoy some wines that are very rarely available by-the-glass, including Champagne Bollinger La Grande Année 2015, Bodegas R. López de Heredia Viña Tondonia Blanco Gran Reserva 2004, and Robert Mondavi’s Opus One 2016.
Once again, Coravin’s mission to revolutionise the way the world experiences wine is the inspiration behind this activation, which ran globally for the first time in May 2024 (across 15 venues in 4 markets) and then again in September of the same year.

Greg Lambrecht, Founder and Inventor of Coravin said: “I am absolutely delighted that on-premise venues around the world are sharing in my mission to open up the world of wine. For over a decade now, Coravin has helped bars and restaurants create inspirational by-the-glass lists. This great momentum and growth of the Coravin World Wine Tour is testament to the enthusiasm from both the trade and consumers for more access to interesting and exclusive wines for guests to enjoy by-the-glass.”
