Back by popular demand, the hotel’s legendary Musical Vermouth Sundays return, featuring live vinyl sets from 1 to 4 PM with an accompanying menu of modern Mediterranean-inspired small plates, including pickled anchovies and signature Gilda with sun-dried tomatoes and cheese. This cherished tradition encourages guests to slow down, savour the moment, and reconnect with friends over flavour-packed dishes and good music.
