Ingredients: for 1L of cold infusion
- 16g / 10 tsp JING Darjeeling Second Flush loose leaf tea
- 1L Filtered water
- Ice
- Grapes to garnish
- Cocktail pick
Method
- Add JING Darjeeling Second Flush loose leaf tea to a jug
- Fill with 1L 10°C filtered water
- Place in the fridge and let it infuse for 4 to 6 hours
- After infusing, strain the liquid into a clean serving jug
- Keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours
Serve: Pour into a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with grapes on a cocktail pick .
JING Earl Grey Cold Infusion
An invigorating cold infusion lifted by fresh and exuberant citrus with notes of wild honey and bergamot.

Ingredients: 1L cold infusion
- 14g / 10 tsp JING Earl Grey loose leaf tea
- 1L Filtered water
- Ice
- Lemon peel to garnish
Method
- Add JING Earl Grey loose leaf tea to a jug
- Fill with 1L 10°C filtered water
- Place in the fridge and let it infuse for 4 to 6 hours
- After infusing, strain the liquid into a clean serving jug
- Keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours
Serve: Pour into a highball glass filled with ice, garnish with lemon peel and serve – the lemon peel adds a citrusy zest that complements the bergamot in the tea.
JING Jasmine Silver Needle Cold Infusion
A serene cold infusion of the sweetest, spring-picked white tea buds, with notes of jasmine, vanilla and honeyed apple with an intense floral aroma.

Ingredients: 1L cold infusion
- 18g / 14 tsp JING Jasmine Silver Needle loose leaf tea
- 1L Filtered water
- Ice
- Slice of cucumber, per serve
Method
- Add JING Jasmine Silver Needle loose leaf tea to a jug
- Fill with 1L 10°C filtered water
- Place in the fridge and let it infuse for 4 to 6 hours
- After infusing, strain the liquid into a clean serving jug
- Keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours
Serve: Pour into a highball glass filled with ice, garnish with a fresh cucumber slice and serve – the cucumber garnish adds a delicate melon like green freshness that complements the tea’s floral aroma.
JING Blackcurrant and Hibiscus Cold Infusion
A bold and bright, caffeine free herbal infusion with the perfect balance of berry sweetness and tart hibiscus.

Ingredients: 1L cold infusion
- 14g / 6 tsp JING Blackcurrant & Hibiscus herbal loose leaf tea
- 1L Filtered hot water
- Ice
- Slice of grapefruit, per serve
Method
- Add the Blackcurrant & Hibiscus herbal loose leaf tea to a 1 litre jug
- Fill the jug with filtered hot water (95°C-100°C) and infuse for 3 minutes
- After infusing, strain the liquid into a clean serving jug
- Let the infusion cool down and then refrigerate
- Keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours
Serve: Pour into a highball glass filled with ice, garnish with a grapefruit slice and serve – the grapefruit garnish enhances the fruity, tart notes of the blackcurrant and hibiscus.
