Located in the Piazzetta in Porto Cervo, Novikov welcomes guests to the Marina famous for A lister sightings. Inside, an elegant marble counter serves as a sushi bar, where chefs serve typical Novikov fish, meat and vegetable dishes as well as local influenced highlights – Purple Prawn Carpaccio, Shiso & Asparagus and Crispy Baby Squid.The private terrace has panoramic views of the harbour, perfect for intimate dinners or enjoying the signature cocktails at sundown.
For restaurateur Arkady Novikov, Sardinia is now no longer just the place to spend a beautiful vacation: his Novikov Porto Cervo has been a certainty for almost 10 years, a reference point for the international clientele habitueé of this unique sea.
His 2016 project for Porto Cervo stems from a personal experience: “I visited Sardinia, for the first time, about 20 years ago. And how could I not have fallen in love with this island? I am a true supporter of Sardinia. I come here every year and I love everything: the sea, the coast, the rocks, the vegetation, the people, the food, the architecture, the fresh air and the tranquility. This is my adopted country, the right place for me.”
